Because of a service window at one of our suppliers, signed documents won't be immediately available when the last party signs and the cases won't reach status Finished. The cases will be processed as soon as possible. Parties and other stakeholders will get the notifications configured on the case as soon as the signed document is available. Callbacks will also be sent at that time.

This interruption of service affects all E-Sign environments but only when the last party signs during the maintenance window. Problems can be reported to support@assently.com.
